Construction of Can Tho people “mind - dynamic - kindness - generous - elegant " according to the Resolution No. 45/NQ/TW of the Politburo (IX) by Bachelor Tran Ngoc Chau as a chief author of the theme - Party  Committee Propaganda of Can Tho city

The targets of the project: researching objective factors and conditions such as: conditions on natural, cultural, historical , social form standards in order to build Can Tho people according to Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo  on the factor of  promoting these factors; offer factors and subjective conditions to form the standards of Can Tho people in accordance to Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo: developing the traditional value of Vietnamese people in general and Can Tho people in particular, from valuable  factors ages of Ho chi Minh, from the local position, from within each Can Tho person , from the screening of the   time value of humanity; given criterion of human according to Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo; proposed the solutions to promote, expand construction criterion of Can Tho people  according to Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo being also Vietnamese’s tradition, as well as catching up moderate age.

Research contents of the theme consist of two major issues with seven contents (29 themes) on (1) people in the Confucianism,  Buddhism, Philosophy  of Mac Le Nin,  thinking of Ho Chi Minh and opinion of construction of new Vietnamese people of our Party – solid theory basis for the formation of  Can Tho people’s basis in the new period; (2) a little understanding of people and human standard in some countries on the world; (3) land and people Can Tho via some historical periods (from 1932 to 2011) and detected new research issues; in the pass time, the Party and Can Tho people with standards  to build Can Tho people according to Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo; (5) position, role and importance of building criteria of Can Tho people, (6) human criteria of  Can Tho people under  Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo; (7) The solution brings out criteria of  to build Can Tho people according to Resolution No. 45 of the Politburo going into people’s life as well as construction process for city of the Party and Can Tho people in the new age.

Research results of the theme will contribute o build guidelines and policies for planning, managing and creating the basic and outstanding criteria of Can Tho people. It will be a useful document and authentication for sociology. The Council Selection has evaluated highly practical significations of the theme not only for Can Tho but also for the whole sites of Mekong Delta.
