To solve issues related to the inner psychological control of the behavior of Vietnamese, explained phenomena stretch abnormalities in direct communication between Vietnamese with representatives of other ethnic conflicting in psychology.
The author had focused attention on examining ethnic-specific communication - the behavior of Vietnamese as a ethnic when their personal values were compromised by their own ethnic representation and other in the process communication; choose the method of VXMukhina and CAkhvoxtov2, the observation, in-depth interviews; observations and interviews making clearance, response recorded; research is done on the adults, randomly selected groups from students and pupils; compare the reactions of the type object of study in the case of their personal values were compromised by their and ethnic representation with other ethnicities.
Research results showed that expression of some characteristics in the behavior of Vietnamese people when their personal values were compromised. This is particularly important in the study of national psychology in general, psychological multi-ethnic communication in particular, that contributed to solving problems related to psychological control behavior within of the Vietnamese, explained the phenomenon of abnormal stress in the communication between the Vietnamese and other ethnic groups representatives in the case of psychological conflict, as a basis for strategic planning relationship so that each individual tasks are fulfilled economic exchange and cultural efficiently, avoiding conflict in psychological inter-ethnic communication |
