On March 29th, 2012, Science and Technology Department of Can Tho city held a Scientific Council to select the topic "Development of personalized monogram chart prognosticates the death of some internal medicine patients at emergency department of Can Tho Central General Hospital" by Master Ha Tan Duc (Can Tho Central General Hospital) is a chief author of the theme, and co-authors of the theme consist of Deputy Professor, Dr. Tran Van Ngoc, Dr. Dang Quang Tam, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Nguyen, Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Tuan.

The objective of the study develops and applies personalized models for prognosticating the death is due to pathological signs for patients in Vietnam. To apply this research result at the general emergency department of Can Tho Central General Hospital.
The contents of the study included 2 parts such as the value of clinical parameters of non-invasive in the prognosis the death due to internal medicine pathological signs at the emergency department; to develop personalized models to prognosticate internal diseases for patients in Vietnam; to apply at the general emergency department that it compiled from the clinical parameters and results.
Successful research will find a tool supported to doctors at emergency departments in a short time they can expect to prognosticate internally pathological cases at the hospital. When the disease is correct prognosis, care would be appropriate for each patient. The author expects this tool will help to reduce mortality is due to reduce the objects who move other departments are not true.
