Cаcао helps improving memory
Daily drinking cocoa can improve the efficiency of mental work, the scientists said Australia Swinburne University, according to the ABC news.

From the research results of scientists have come to the conclusion that flavanol group compounds in cocoa improved spatial memory and accumulated information for further processing later.
According to Dr. David Camfield, who led the study, based on flavanols, it has been easily completed the different exercises in memory.

During experiments with the participation of 63 volunteers aged 40 to 65, in a consecutive month, each day drink beverages containing chocolate. They were divided into 3 groups. Group 1 a day for 500 ml beverage, group 2 - 250 ml, and group 3 only placebo drink beverages (ie soft drinks "false", has the same flavor). Then they proceeded to do the memory test of all three groups under the same conditions, and compared their test score before and after drinking the beverage.
"During the test, we scanned the brains of volunteers to observe how the brain works out," said Dr. Camfield said.
According to the authors, there was no difference in the reproduction of the accuracy of the facts or the other reflection but from the beginning to the end of the experiment, the brain scan image shows the level of brain activity significantly different. Frontal brain regions and beam waist were less active than in the volunteers from group 3 and to group 2.

The conclusion is, the drinking beverage containing cocoa have helped people leave energy less than can still perform the same task. In other words, cacaos have the effect on reminiscent of the test data for easier memory. /.
