Gout is a metabolic disorder disease of uric acid, increases uric acid in blood, the crystal deposition of sodium urate in the membrane organizations. Especially, the synovial joints cause arthritis batch level, intense pain. Therefore, treatment goal of gout not only reduced uric acid in blood but also it helped to reduce symptoms of inflammation, pain. The ingredients of the prescription include tubers of the araceous trees and seed bananas which people used to treat gout. However, there was no theme to evaluate the effectiveness of the prescriptions on experiment and clinical treatment, so treatment application still limited.
The remedies have effects to reduce uric acid in blood relatively clear. These prescriptions have effects to reduce symptoms of inflammation, abdominal pain in gout or not, the authors evaluated effects of the anti-inflammatory, abdominal pain of four prescriptions from seed bananas and tubers of the araceous trees.
The remedies include seed banana fruits (Musa brachycarpa Back – banana surname - Musaceae), tubers of the araceous trees (Alocasia macrorrhiza (L.) G.Don, araceous surname - Araceae) were collected in Nghia Phu commune, Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province. The fruits of the pandanus harvested in Tan Quang commune, Bac Giang district, Ha Giang province. Ty giai were bought at Lang Ong Street - Hoan Kiem ward - Ha Noi city. Materials were washed, sliced, dried, torrefied, dried and preserved in sealed nylon bags put in a dry and airy place after harvest.
Research results showed that RCD prescription at the time of an hour reduced beriberi level in the mouse foot 35.85% and RC prescription at the time of 3 hours reduced beriberi level in the mouse foot 24.32%. It was statistically significant compared to the control experiments (p <0.05). At the time of three hours after injection of carrageenan, study plots increased pain threshold compared with control experiments, respectively RCTg was 124.00%, RCD was 113.09%, RC was 69.24% and RCDTg was 69, 07%. This difference was statistically significant (p <0.05) compared to the control experiments. |
