In which there were many programs, VTV spent huge costs to purchase foreign copyrights.

With a rich and diverse content store, programs produced by Vietnam Television Station, one of contents is most common violated. Many units, organizations and individuals have blatantly put the contents of VTV on internet network and mobile to earn billions VND illegally.

Located in the copyright protection operation and implementation plan for Vietnam Television Station‘s programs. At the same time, comply with coordination program No 16 / CTPH-TCCSPCTP-THVN signed on May 14, 2013 between Police Department of Prevention and Combat Crime and Vietnam Television Station in propaganda, crime prevention and law violations.

Digital Content Production and Trade Center, Vietnam Television Station (VTV Digital) has signed an agreement with Hi-Tech Security Investment and Development Company in protecting the copyright of the entire contents of Vietnam Television Station based on telecommunication networks.

Accordingly, Hi-Tech Security Investment and Development Company will be the only unit of Vietnam Television Station that authorizes in review, warning, prevention and cooperation with the authorities to handle program copyright violations of Vietnam Television Station on telecommunication network infrastructure via the Internet and mobile devices.

From September 15, 2014, Digital Content Production and Trade Center of Vietnam Television Station  and Hi-Tech Security Investment and Development Company will review and coordinate with the authorities to handle all program copyright infringements of Vietnam Television Station on the telecommunication network infrastructure.

Any unit, organization and individual who commit violations will be handled in accordance with the provisions of current law. Units or organizations have needs to use programs of Vietnam Television Station must be approved to sign a new contract with VTV Digital based on legal basis.
