To build duck industry value chain, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development promoted to call for businesses to invest, create links of product production and sales.

Building centers provide high quality duck breeds in the locality; planning and converting breeding methods, encouraging concentration and biosecurity breeding, breeding farms  and etc. Instructions of VietGAHP duck process; construction of "Dong Thap Duck trademark."

Mr. Nguyen Van Duong, Chairman of Dong Thap People's Committee said the province asked agriculture branch to build duck production processes, gradually develop  breeding according VietGAHP to add value to the product, develop duck production and consumption linking models that don’t spread to concentrate better control; proposed policies to support businesses and farmers when making duck industry value chain.
