Accordingly, the provisions of Point c, Clause 4, Article 4 of Decision No. 19/2014 / QD-TTg of the Ministry of Science and Technology on guiding the roadmap for the construction and application of national standard quality management systems of TCVN ISO 9001: 2015 into operations of agencies and organizations in the state administrative system as follows:

For agencies and organizations which are building and applying the quality management system for studying and applying the national standard of TCVN ISO 9001: 2015.

For agencies and organizations that have built and applied the system; manage quality in accordance with national standard of TCVN ISO 9001: 2008.

Ministries, branches and localities based on the practical situation to build plans on conversion of the construction and application of quality management systems according to the national standard of TCVN ISO 9001: 2008 into the national standard TCVN ISO. 9001: 2015 for agencies, organizations under the Ministry, branches and localities in order to ensure the thrift, avoid waste and complete the transformation before June 30, 2021.
