In the first year of launch, the contest has topic “Flood and switch - two scary "specialties" of big cities in general, of Ho Chi Minh City in particular. Candidates compete individually or in groups, focusing on solutions related to anti-flooding methods or anti-congestion plans in the area of Ho Chi Minh City. The test is in one of the forms, such as articles, images, films / video clips, may include models, trial products, technology diagrams, illustrated drawings and etc.
