Gramophone advised on agricultural farming practices by providing services, such as plant pathology advice through photographs, farmer care practices based on area characteristics and crop varieties for farmers.
In order to help customers conveniently use the service, Gramophone actively contacts the farmers with their needs and offers suitable advices, products for weather conditions, regions and land with each individual. According to the startup representative, these consultants are conducted by agricultural specialists.
In addition, farmers can schedule a consultation via a customer service switchboard or a separately developed application. This application not only serves as a bridge but also it is a useful source of agricultural information, including crop records with photo, suitable plant information for each type of land, price of agricultural products in the market, weather, natural disaster and etc.
Representatives of Gramophone revealed that the company uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to identify plant diseases based on images sent by farmers.
Recently, the new Indian startup has invested a million dollars in calling the Series A capital. |
