Pressure sensor for water level measurement was introduced at the MEMS / Sensor Forum, a product of the Ho Chi Minh City Microchip Program.

According to the decision to set up Ho Chi Minh City Association of Semiconductor Technology, the association is a voluntary social organization of individuals and organizations operating in the fields of research, training, dissemination, application, businesses, semiconductor services in Ho Chi Minh City aim to gather, unite and help each other in learning, research, exchange experiences, improving the level of professional knowledge of semiconductor sector to contribute to the objects of science, technology and socio-economy development in the city.

With that spirit, a series of activities in the field of microprocessors associated with the Microelectronics Technology Development Program of Ho Chi Minh City in the period of 2013-2020 are being held, has blown up the hope, the flame of microelectronics enthusiasm. The day of the founding of the association is 15-3.

The Government Committee, the Military Technical Academy (Ministry of Defense), the Information Technology Department, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communication and the Integrated Circuit Design Research & Education Center (ICDREC) has signed cooperation  on training, research, IC product development, creating a sustainable young circuit industry in Vietnam.)
