Deputy Director of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam Phan Ngan Son delivered the opening speech.

The conference attendance, there were Mr. Phan Ngan Son, Deputy Director of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim, Vice Head of University of Social Sciences and Humanities, representatives of scientists, administrators and teachers and many students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, National Economics University, Hanoi Law University, Foreign Trade University and University of Law under Hue University.

This year, the Conference Organization Board received 18 scientific research reports on various aspects related to intellectual property. In which, 5 excellent reports were selected for presentation at the Conference.
