On May 06, a large number of civil servants and employees of Ho Chi Minh city were present at the Urban Labor Culture Palace to attend the festival "Civil servants - laborers in 2018". This is the annual activity of Ho Chi Minh City Labor Confederation.

Mr. Luong Tuan Anh, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Confederation, said: "In 2018, implementing the topic "Improving the quality of service, implementing the standards of public service," each union actively cooperated with the local authorities to hold a model of caring for the material and spiritual interests of unionists, civil servants, laborers at agencies and units, mobilizing social resources to take care for union members, civil servants, employees, laborers in difficult circumstances."

At the festival this year, Labor Union of Ho Chi Minh City also presented gifts for civil servants and employees in difficult circumstances. Competing units and groups also introduced housing projects for low income people, loan counseling, introduction of clean foods and models, seedlings, vegetable growing equipment at home.
