With the aim of attracting start-up ideas and projects, the Contest also aims to support knowledge training and startup skills, as well as create a realistic environment for projects to implement market experiences. This is also a playground for students, faculty and individuals with opportunities to exchange and learn experiences.

Through the contest, technology projects with potential for development will participate in the iStartXTM course and business incubation support program at ITP to support and develop high-tech startups, as well as enabling businesses to have the opportunity to interact and work with reputable sponsors and experienced investors.

Going through the rounds, lasting from March to September 2019, each participating group will better understand the concept of "starting a business", understanding the development process and the stages needed to have a startup idea becomes a potential business project. In addition, the contest teams also participate in extracurricular activities including high-quality professional workshops and training.
