|
The workshop took place at Saigon Innovation Hub (SIHUB), jointly organized by the Center for High-Tech Business Incubation (AHBI) and the Center for Applications and Services of Science and Technology under the Department of Southern Work - Ministry of Science Learning and Technology.
Intellectual property: the necessary step to step out into the world
Share at the workshop, Assoc. Dr. Pham Xuan Da - Director of the Southern Department of Work, Ministry of Science and Technology affirmed that if a startup does not carefully study intellectual property issues (IP), it is difficult to keep preserving trademark when entering the world. Mr. Da said: “Since 1995, when I was a graduate student in Japan, I have been listening to them all day about IP (intellectual property). Anything that is valuable, for them also comes with how to register an IP. So far, our country has not had enough awareness about this as in Japan a few decades ago.” |
