He is a dedicated person who leads many Quang Nam startups to attend start-up programs from Da Nang, Ben Tre, Ho Chi Minh City to increase the friction of startup of a central province to compare with general level of the whole country.

Quang Nam TechFest 2019 will include activities, such as the workshop "Developing solutions for scientific and technical innovation in Quang Nam province"; Forum "Smart tourism startup"; The "Quang Nam Student Festival with the life skills of the 4.0 period"; Quang Nam Science and Technology Conference; Seminar on solutions to enhance the application of scientific and technological advances to actual production and life; Forum "A source of creative ideas for high school students in Quang Nam province."
