This information was presented by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong - Acting Director General of the Standard and Quality Evaluation Department, Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality at the workshop on guiding and disseminating the model of quality management system framework according to TCVN ISO 9001: 2015 organized by the Directorate for Standards and Quality on May 28 in Ho Chi Minh City.

On December 31, 2015, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Decision No. 4109 / QD-BKHCN on the announcement of the National Standard, including the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015. The Ministry of Science and Technology organized a model for the framework of quality management system for agencies and organizations in the local state administrative system according to the national standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015. The purpose of building this framework is to focus on determining the scope of application of the quality management system; guide the application in accordance with the provisions of the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015 and the procedure for handling work at agencies and organizations of the state administrative system.

Subsequently, on January 21, 2019, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Decision No. 101 / QD-BKHCN on announcing the model of quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001: 2015 for agencies and organizations under the system of local state administration.
