Attending the meeting of the Directorate of Standards and Quality, there were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh - Deputy Director of STAMEQ, and representatives of a number of units in the Directorate: International Cooperation Department, Conformity Standard Department, Certificate Center (QUACERT), Technical Standards, Measurement and Quality Center  (Quatest 1).

On the CNCA side, there were Mr. Chen Haiyang - Vice Director of CNCA, Certification Department, SAMR and representatives of some units of CNCA.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed and shared the orientation of cooperation between the two countries. The CNCA has introduced the changes in the conformity assessment system of China, which briefly introduces the process of formation, functions and tasks, the fields of compulsory certificates of China (CCC) is being applied and CCC reforms are underway, including: 26 designated certification organizations, 215 designated workers; 7 general rules and certification, 47 product rules; so far, there are 651,223 valid certificates from 74,254 enterprises, of which 40,271 certificates are valid foreign certificates from 5,277 enterprises abroad.

On this occasion, the Chinese side wished to invite STAMEQ to attend the China International Forum on inspection and testing organized by China on the coming October 11, 2019.

Regarding cooperation issues in the near future, Deputy General Director Nguyen Hoang Linh wanted CNCA to exchange and cooperate in standard fields and helmet standards.
