From August 1, 2019, there is not enough deductible or not deductible for S&T development fund, state enterprises may be fined 100 million VND

According to Decree No. 51/2019 / ND-CP "Regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in S&T activities and technology transfer" were issued by the Government on 13/06/2019 and take effect from August 1 / 2019, the maximum fine level for individuals is 50 million VND, for organizations is 100 million VND.

Violations can be mentioned as fraud, deception to receive support and incentives of the State as prescribed; Falsely reporting on progress, contents and research results; No deduction of funds or insufficient deduction for the S&T development fund of State enterprises; Technology transfer among Vietnam and foreign countries on the List of technologies prohibited from transfer; Do not divide profits from commercialization of scientific research and technological development results and etc.
With acts of violation occurring before August 1, then being discovered or considering for settlement, the provisions which are beneficial to violating organizations and individuals. |
