The Ministry of Science and Technology has the right to sanction administrative violations of industrial chemicals and explosives

The Government has issued Decree No.71/2019 / ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations in the field of chemicals and industrial explosives on August 30, 2019, it takes effect on October 15 / 2019.
|
According to Decree No. 71/2019 / ND-CP, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Directorate of Standardization, Metrology and Quality, the Vietnam Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety and relevant ministries, branches and units have chemical violations; a fine of up to 50 million VND for violations in chemicals, up to 100 million VND for violations of industrial explosives; suspend operation or revoke the right to use certificates of eligibility for production and trading of production chemicals, licenses for production and trading of chemicals, licenses, certificates of management, use industrial explosives, explosive precursors and etc.
Besides, the Decree also stated that R&D, testing of industrial explosives without permission of competent state agencies or assigning tasks will be fined from 80 million to 100 million VND. |
