Twelve ministries and provinces have reached the level of providing 30% of online public services at level 4
The Government in Resolution No. 17 of March 7, 2019 required ministries, branches and localities to meet the goal of providing 30% of online level 4 public services by 2020. So far, there are 5 ministries and 7 Provinces and cities accomplish this goal.

Concluding the online conference of the National Committee on E-Government with the Steering Committees for building the E-Government, the E-government of ministries, branches and localities on February 12, 2020, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc Requested ministries, branches and localities to focus on deploying and prioritizing resources to complete the tasks and targets of the E-Government set out in Resolution No.17 March 7, 2019 and Resolution No.1 on 1 / 1/2020 of the Government, especially the target of 30% of online public services at level 4.

Statistics from the Computerization Department, Ministry of Information and Communications, said that by the end of 2019, the level of online public services provided at ministries, branches and localities in general was still low, including up to 5 ministries. and 14 provinces less than 5%.

Informing with ICTnews on 10/5/2020, the representative of the Department of Informatics said that after a short time, the Ministry of Information and Communications had urged the dispatch, recently two more provinces, Nam Dinh and Tien Giang, reached the target of 30 % of online public services at level 4, bringing the total number of ministries, branches and localities to reach this target to 12.

Specifically, with Tien Giang, implementing the guidance on April 8, 2020 of the leaders of the provincial People's Committee on focusing on IT application in job settlement, integrated implementation of online public service provision, over the past time Tien Giang Department of  Information and Communications presided the integration of online public services at levels 3 and 4 onto the National Public Service Portal. Especially, Tien Giang has provided 621 online public services at level 4, accounting for 37.6% of the total administrative procedures.

The ministries, branches and localities have completed the target of providing 30% of online level 4 public services, including 5 ministries and branches: Planning and Investment, Interior, Finance, Information and Communications, Vietnam Social Insurance and 7 provinces, cities: An Giang, Da Nang, Lao Cai, Lang Son, Thua Thien - Hue, Nam Dinh and Tien Giang.
