Through the inspection, the representative of the Market Management Team No. 1 said that some business objects have taken advantage of the e-commerce business model, online sales to blatantly trading fake goods, of unknown origin and infringement of intellectual property rights.

Specifically, goods being traded at the establishment include: Dionel perfume, Grace negative cream, OL-CELL acne treatment oil, Ylofang shampoo, Hafer Flocken cereal powder, B vitamin E supplements, acne cream KLNPBIH, Sensodyne toothpaste, Gucci trousers. Theses are signs of contraband and counterfeit GUCCI and SENSODYNE brands with a total of 10,987 products.

The owner acknowledged that all goods at the establishment did not have invoices and documents proving the origin, showing signs of counterfeit goods of GUCCI and SENSODYNE that had been protected in Vietnam. Immediately after working and verifying the grounds, the inspection team had temporarily seized all the above goods and is sealed and temporarily seized as prescribed.
