Development is not commensurate with the potential
Over the past years, the Science and Technology sector has made outstanding progress and achievements, making a practical contribution to the industrialization and modernization of the country, consolidating national defense and security, and improving security, social life, contributing to sustainable socio-economic development. In particular, the science and technology market has developed strongly, with 15 trading floors and 50 technology incubators established.
According to the evaluation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in our country has been strengthened; the national standard system is increasingly approaching international standards. Database on technology and experts is formed; Innovative start-up ecosystem has developed quite well. There are more than 3,000 startups, nearly 70 co-working spaces, forming many venture capital funds. |
