To serve the issuance of electronic receipts, units need to provide contents, such as Name of organization / individual paying fees and charges; address; tax code; email. The Office of the National Office of Intellectual Property will send information to look up electronic receipts to organizations / individuals at this email address).
Also according to the notice, receipts of organizations / individuals are stored in electronic form. When there is a need to look up, organizations / individuals follow the instructions at the email notification of the electronic receipt issued. This receipt also has legal value and is used to record expenses, tax returns like paper receipts.
