The event aims to promote the use of barcodes and traceability, contributing to enhancing the prestige and competitiveness of Vietnamese products and goods on the Postmart e-commerce floor of Vietnam Post.

Attending the signing ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh - Deputy Director of Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality Assurance and Mr. Nguyen Kien Cuong - Deputy Director of Vietnam Post Corporation.

At the ceremony, the two sides discussed and agreed to cooperate, focusing on the content of coordinating the implementation of information authentication services, product and goods traceability through the postal network and E-commerce floor Postmart.vn. In addition, Vietnam Post and NBC also connect, deploy, share and exchange data on products and goods within the scope of information authentication and product and goods traceability services in order to access the supply chain of enterprises, such as providing solutions for traceability, logistics, connecting product consumption through the Postal system. Vietnam Post will also act as a distribution agent for solutions and deploying value-added services/products of NBC.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Director Nguyen Hoang Linh highly appreciated the cooperation between the two units and emphasized that the General Department of Quality Assurance (Ministry of Science and Technology) always appreciates activities to support businesses in the digital transformation, help maximize revenue, reduce costs, improve product quality. Mr. Linh hopes that Vietnam Post and the Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality will have cooperation in the field of implementing standards, quality management systems to improve service quality in the near future.
