To bring more convenience to customers, the AEON supermarket system recently introduced a number of vending machines to serve in the processed food area. In the past, customers used to have to choose each item at each counter, then wait in line to pay for each item. However, with this vending machine, customers choose all the products they need to buy on the machine's screen, pay by bank card or scan the QR code, and then go to each counter to pick up goods, faster and more convenient. Mr.Nguyen Ngoc Tuyen, representative of AEON's Service Department in the North, said: "We always try to actively transform digitally and apply new technologies to be able to serve customers more effectively."

Not only changing the method of approaching customers, business owners also actively learn and apply digital transformation to business administration to improve efficiency. Director of Vietnam Open Source Development Joint Stock Company (Vinades) Nguyen The Hung said: "Vinades has two offices in Hanoi and Quang Tri, but 100% of its employees are distributed in 11 provinces and cities. No need to go to the office. Thanks to digital transformation, applying a 5-level remote working model, allowing all employees to work flexibly anywhere, while ensuring work through online channels, it will still be considered working and receive regular attendance. This model is effective, helping both revenue and profit increase more than before."

According to Deputy General Director of MISA Joint Stock Company Le Hong Quang, the wave of digital transformation is taking place strongly, requiring businesses to quickly catch up with the trend so as not to be left behind in the market. Catching up with this trend, MISA has launched a set of solutions to help digital transform of financial, accounting and tax management tasks at enterprises with advantages, such as making it easy for accountants to work anytime, anywhere, business owners can capture timely information about the financial situation of the business; At the same time, applying artificial intelligence to intelligently enter data, reducing manual operations and improving work productivity.
