Following the success of 2021, the activity "Honoring the IPSTAR Invention Star" is organized by the Vietnam Invention Association, the Institute for Patent Research and Technology Exploitation in collaboration with the Invention Village and Innovative Enterprises held at Techfest Vietnam 2022 to promote and honor the innovative spirit of startup.

The honor program focuses on the following main contents: To honor individuals who have made many innovations and contributions to patent activities in recent times, and at the same time encourage an increase in the number of inventions registation applications of Vietnamese individuals and organizations and gradually build a sustainable development patent foundation and honor organizations and individuals that have activities in research, creativity, application, development, and product commercialization from inventions and contribute to economic development and national construction.
