The event was held with the gathering of more than 100 exhibition stores displaying live and 30 stores displaying online through 2D and 3D platforms to introduce innovative start-up products and projects, scientific and technological products of the Mekong Delta, domestically and internationally with more than 500 products from 13 provinces in the Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hanoi and some other provinces. In addition, within the general framework of Techfest Mekong 2022, there were 12 events taking place simultaneously. Through events, organizations, businesses, individuals, experts, investors in startups and state management agencies exchanged and shared views and perspectives from each other. There were many different perspectives, problems have been raised, recommendations and valuable experiences from how to operate the international startup ecosystem. This will be a new energy source, a new vitality source for the innovation startup ecosystem in the Mekong Delta in the near future.

Speaking at the closing of the event, Director of Can Tho Department of Science and Technology Ngo Anh Tin said that the event was very honored and fortunate to receive the constant attention and direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology and units under the Ministry, as well as the close attention and direction of the leaders of the City People's Committee, especially the companionship of large corporations and enterprises, such as Qualcomm, Shinhan, Viettel, Nam A Bank… And especially this year, the event attracted a large number of domestic and international media agencies to attend and report. Besides, with the strong spread through communication in many forms, the number of startup products participating in this year's exhibition and display increased sharply with more than 500 products.
