Completing legal policies on digital asset management
Experts and scientists have proposed many solutions to improve the legal regulations on intellectual property for digital assets, emphasizing the need to speed up the process of theoretical and practical research on digital assets as well as other assets that can be formed in the fourth industrial revolution and institutionalized into specific legal regulations.


The scientific conference on perfecting legal policies on digital asset management was organized by the Institute for Planning and Development in the morning of July 15 in Hanoi to seek opinions from experts, scientists, and policy planners for the project "Improving legal policy on digital asset management in Vietnam" of the Institute, contributing to providing more information, serving the Economic Committee, the Law Committee and National Assembly's agencies will verify related projects in the coming time.

Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Director of the Institute of Planning and Development Dang Huy Dong, former Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, emphasized that the fourth industrial revolution brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges, especially challenging for policy makers in countries. Talking about this revolution is talking about breakthrough technologies, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, materials science, biology, wireless mobile technologies, nanotechnology, automation, 3D printing technologies... The fourth industrial revolution is also associated with the emergence of high rapidity of new products, services and business models based on the application of digital technologies, such as new products, services and business models in the field of Fintech, platform economy, economy share and etc.
