In the two districts of Cau Ngang and Chau Thanh of Tra Vinh province, over the past time, the application of electronic ISO software has initially brought practical effects, changing the management and administration thinking of leaders of agencies and units, working habits of officials and civil servants at state administrative agencies.

The electronic ISO system demonstrates high accuracy in terms of time, clear implementation process, through which the head of the unit can check, monitor and promptly handle problems arising.
In 2022, Cau Ngang district will apply it at specialized agencies under the District People's Committee and 15/15 communes and townships. The application of ISO in administrative activities contributes to reducing the phenomenon of harassment and trouble for organizations, businesses and people when implementing administrative procedures, improving the quality of public service delivery, improving the investment environment, attracting human resources for socio-economic development, contributing to promoting administrative procedure reform.
In the coming time, the district will strengthen propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility of leaders, officials, civil servants and public employees in complying with ISO process; maintain and improve the quality and efficiency of inspection and supervision of the ISO construction and application process at local agencies and units.
Periodic training, capacity building of staffs in charge of ISO construction and application. Promote the application and improvement of the electronic ISO software associated with the application of information technology in the activities of maintaining the application of ISO in the locality. |
