The city will plan both sides of Le Duan and Nguyen Tat Thanh streets to connect Le Loi street (this is considered a reserve area for development: Build infrastructure connecting to Nguyen Tat Thanh landscape axis, Doi Duong - Thuong Chanh park strip, expand sea space to serve people and tourists.

Organizing the planning of Ho Chi Minh's residential area, arranging resettlement for households displaced from the sea side of Le Loi street. For the area on both sides of the Ca Ty river, continue to embellish the river and both sides of the river, regularly clean and protect the environment, preserve and embellish the beauty of the river, create urban highlights, plan to build a riverside road on both sides, connecting smoothly from the upstream (Ham Hiep, Ham My communes) to Duc Thanh bridge, south of Ca Ty river (in harmony with the modern residential area, suitable for the population's land development fund, in harmony with the modern residential area), and etc.
