The popular open e-learning platform on digital skills is one of the national digital platforms that have been prioritized for development, serving digital transformation, managed by the Ministry of Information and Communications. This platform is built to popularize digital skills for all people from cadres, civil servants, public employees, employees in general in the direction of personalization, training in skills, rights and responsibilities of digital citizenship.

From April 2022, the Ministry of Information and Communications organized the opening of the first course for leaders and officers of specialized information technology units of ministries, branches and localities using an open online learning platform with address onetouch.mic.gov.vn. This is an important team, with the role of advising on the development and implementation of policies and plans on digital transformation.

So far, localities across the country have embarked on implementing and developing training and retraining suitable contents to the needs of each audience in their localities using this platform. For example, Binh Phuoc province has built three courses on the OneTouch platform at https://binhphuoc.onetouch.edu.vn to foster about 10,000 participating officials.

In the coming time, the province will continue to build a repository of online training materials (including video lectures and learning materials) on digital transformation content, sharing skills, experiences, and best practices on digital transformation and digital skills on the OneTouch platform; Compiled topics on digital transformation aimed at a broader audience in the province, with content related to business digital transformation.
