Bac Ninh: Training on management of the information system to handle administrative procedures in the province

The Center for Information Technology and Communications has just organized training on administration of the information system for handling provincial administrative procedures for 40 students who are administrative procedure control officers and direct administrative officers, operate the Information System for handling administrative procedures of departments, agencies and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.

During 1 day, students are given detailed instructions on administrative functions; manipulation of organization configuration, level and fees and charges of administrative procedures; how to build processes, electronic forms and reports and statistics on the provincial administrative procedures settlement information system.
Students are also informed by the reporter to answer questions and difficulties when handling records; exchange, discuss, and share experiences and creative ways in the process of digitizing records and results of resolving administrative procedures. Thereby, promptly overcome limitations, creating a premise to effectively deploy, exploit and use the Administrative Procedures Resolution Information System, contributing to improving the quality of using online public services and serving people and businesses better. |
