NanoBioCom 2023 is the first interdisciplinary scientific conference in the fields of biotechnology, physics and computation in life sciences at the nano level held in Vietnam. The conference attracted a large number of scientists, graduate students and graduate students from universities, research institutes and scientific organizations from many countries around the world.

The conference Organization Board are Vietnamese scientists working at home and abroad, connecting and creating an annual scientific event for the field of nano life science, which focuses on 3 main topics include: nano biotechnology, biosensors and computational science.

The long-term goal of the conference is to create a scientific forum in Vietnam for scientists, especially young scientists at home and abroad, to meet, share and discuss findings. The latest research results in the nano field aim to solve current problems and challenges related to life sciences. In addition, the conference also started the connection and maintenance of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research cooperation networks between domestic and foreign scientists based on the foundation of nano life science.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Professor Jean Tran Thanh Van - Director of the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) highly appreciated the interest of domestic and foreign scientists to attend and share at NanoBioCom 2023. This is the beginning of a series of workshops on related topics in the following years and will be held at ICISE.

NanoBioCom 2023 has good impressions on international scientists about ICISE as well as the quality and content of scientific reports. NanoBioCom 2024 and the following years are expected to bring about the intersection of physics, biology and computing to serve the development of life sciences now and in the future.
