At the training courses, trainees were provided with knowledge about: Building, applying, maintaining and improving the quality management system according to the national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015; Processes and methods for conducting internal assessments. During the learning process, trainees of the courses are able to share and exchange difficulties, problems and good experiences in the process of implementing the quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001:2015. With the knowledge and experiences equipped from the training courses, trainees can effectively apply it to the practical activities of their agencies and units, so that TCVN ISO 9001:2015 truly becomes an effective tool in building a modern, effective and efficient city administration.

Speaking at the Certificate Awarding Ceremony, Head of the Department of Resettlement Hoang Thi Hong Ngoc said: The Quality Management System according to the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 has been implemented by Hai Phong City to 100% of state administrative agencies in the city. However, according to the reality of some agencies, the staff of civil servants and public employees directly doing ISO work are mainly part-time officers/specialists, knowledge and skills related to ISO are still limited and there are frequent changes in personnel, significantly affecting the effectiveness of the operation of the Quality Management System according to Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 at the agencies, and ect.
