Contestants include individuals, groups of individuals, businesses, and organizations with ideas, solutions, innovative models, processes, and technologies that can be transferred and applied to life and production in the fields of business, transportation, finance, healthcare, education, sustainable development, cultural industry, etc.
The organization may allow authors or co-authors to participate in the competition as individuals or groups, but written confirmation is required (for solutions, models, processes, technologies, etc. that are applied or being tested at the organization of which the author/group is the author, but there is no agreement to transfer ownership to that organization).
The conditions for participation in the competition are solutions, ideas, innovative models, processes, and technologies that can be transferred and applied to production, serving the social community, administrative reform, sustainable development, cultural industry, etc.
The registered project must not infringe upon intellectual property rights as prescribed. The participating organizations and individuals are responsible for the authenticity of the information in the application. At the same time, they must commit to fully participating in the activities within the framework of the Contest.
The competition includes the following areas: solutions, innovative models, processes, AI technology applications; and Sustainable Development (priority related to the City's strengths or urgent issues, such as sustainable urban development, renewable energy, green industry, sustainable agriculture, green tourism).
The cultural industry sector includes the following sectors: advertising, architecture, software and entertainment games, design, cinema, publishing and cultural tourism. Projects participating in the Competition need to address issues of cultural industry development through science and technology.
Projects are selected based on creativity, implementation capacity, economic efficiency or social impact, potential market, technology application, and business model.
The selection council will evaluate and select 35 projects for the Final round and incubation program, of which the pre-incubation phase selects 20 projects, the incubation phase selects 10 projects, and the acceleration phase selects five projects.
