Go Vap district launched digital neighborhood management application
The Mini App “Go Vap Neighborhood Management” was officially launched on April 11, marking a strong step forward for the local government in the digital transformation process.

This application not only provides an official information channel for exchanging and disseminating information, but also establishes a modern, comprehensive and highly interactive neighborhood management model. The application development was carried out through cooperation between the Institute of Digital Transformation of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Go Vap District, and the Digital Transformation Center of Tay Ninh Province.
Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung, Chairman of Go Vap District People's Committee, emphasized at the launching ceremony the importance of digital transformation in urban management, administrative reform and online public service provision. The “Digital Quarter” model not only helps optimize State management but also brings many benefits to people, from handling administrative procedures online to reflecting urban issues through digital platforms. This aims to build a digital government that is close to and for the people, in which people are the center of all activities.
The application of technology in urban management shows that Go Vap is gradually affirming its pioneering role in building a smart and dynamic local model. The Mini App “Go Vap Neighborhood Management” is not only a management tool, but also an effective bridge between the government and the people, contributing to the creation of a sustainable and developing digital community.
