At the meeting, representatives of the National Institute of Architecture presented the results of the implementation of tasks in 2024, demonstrating the efforts and dedication of all staff. The completed tasks include reviewing the content of the guidelines for establishing architectural management regulations, the list of valuable architectural works, along with checking technical regulations, standards, and legal documents related to the operation of green buildings in Vietnam. In addition, the institute has analyzed and synthesized theoretical criticism on architectural works, urban and rural landscape architecture, housing, as well as the real estate market during the year, providing forecasts of development trends and appropriate solutions.
In particular, the assessment of the application of national technical standards in civil construction planning has been carried out, along with proposals to develop local technical standards for areas frequently affected by natural disasters. Other activities include reviewing and evaluating the management of urban landscape architecture nationwide, proposing management principles, promoting local identity, along with international cooperation in the field of architecture and introducing excellent architectural products. Programs to promote the development of green buildings, maintain a scientific and technological information system, organize seminars, publish reports, and develop reports related to the rights of people with disabilities in the construction sector.
The Council highly appreciated the efforts and determination of the Institute in the implementation of its tasks, noting that by the end of 2024, the Institute had completed all tasks according to plan, ensuring quality and making important contributions to the overall achievements of the Ministry of Construction. During the evaluation process, the Council members also actively exchanged, discussed, clarified professional contents, and provided comments to help improve the quality of the summary report, especially focusing on proposals and recommendations appropriate to the state management field of the industry.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Le Trung Thanh summarized the comments and suggested that the Institute fully absorb and quickly complete the reports and products proposed to prepare for the next steps according to regulations. The Council also voted to accept the results of the Institute's tasks in 2024, demonstrating trust and recognition of the achievements. |
