The purpose of the program is to improve knowledge and practical skills to create breakthrough products, build solid financial strategies and develop reputable brands. At the same time, the course also creates opportunities for attendees to approach experts, exchange, learn, find suitable investors, contributing to promoting the startup ecosystem in the future.
Over the years, the Center has actively implemented activities to support the development of the city's innovative startup ecosystem, with more than 110 training programs attracting more than 17,000 students. In addition, the Center also organizes competitions, forums and local Techfests in the Mekong Delta region to promote creativity and connect the startup community. These activities are part of the plan of the Can Tho City People's Committee to support the development of the startup ecosystem in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
This training program focuses on providing basic knowledge about the creative startup ecosystem, business models, developing customer profiles, designing products that meet market needs, applying technology in sales and communication and marketing skills for startup projects. Experts have guided on how to realize ideas, manage cash flow and build a brand that consumers trust, helping trainees easily apply knowledge to develop sustainable businesses and compete in the market.
According to Dr. Nguyen Hong Phuong, Senior Advisor of the Center for Entrepreneurship - Innovation - Science and Technology Transfer, University of Industry, the participants of the training course not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also practice to create "output" products. Specifically, they build a mind map of the overall business model of the group, showing the value chain, slogan, philosophy and brand meaning, thereby convincing investors. At the same time, they design professional business introduction brochures, building trust from customers. In addition, the groups also make 5-7 minute documentary videos recording activities, imbued with humanity and corporate culture. Finally, they produce 1.5-2 minute TikTok videos to promote the brand and increase revenue - an important skill in today's business. |
