Experts contributed many insightful opinions on policies to attract talents to the capital, in which Professor, Dr. Bui Thi Minh Hong emphasized the need to build a big vision, propose challenging problems and promote open cooperation models to attract domestic and foreign scientists.

Concluding the workshop, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Le Hong Son, said that the city is urgently finalizing resolutions to concretize the Capital Law, which will include clear and breakthrough incentive policies for technology experts, innovative founders and R&D organizations. The goal is to help Hanoi maintain double-digit GRDP growth from 2026, while creating favorable conditions to attract talent and promote the sustainable development of the capital. |
