Among the notable achievements, Can Tho University has implemented a systematic digital transformation in governance and training, aiming to build a modern, smart university model that meets the requirements of autonomy and international integration. Accordingly, the digital infrastructure has been continuously upgraded and expanded, with 76% of internal processes conducted online, shortening processing time and improving service efficiency. The e-office operates effectively with over 56,700 document exchanges, 100% of leaders signing digitally, and more than 1,100 staff members being issued digital signatures. Digital transformation has become an important tool supporting governance innovation, improving training quality, and enhancing the learning experience.

During the year, the school shifted 16.98% of its courses to online formats, while simultaneously enhancing digital and AI capabilities for staff and employees through 5 experience-sharing workshops and 7 intensive training courses. A Digital Competency course was also developed and introduced for students starting in the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
