The cybersecurity monitoring center, the Information Security Department, Ministry of Information and Communications, said that in the first 5 months of 2020, there were 1,495 cyber attacks on information systems in Vietnam leading to breakdowns, down 43.9% over the same period last year.
On June 16, the Ministry of Science and Technology held a ceremony to award the Press Award on Science and Technology in 2019. According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, digital transformation is an indispensable process of Vietnam for socio-economic development in the new period. If appropriate policies exist, Vietnam will take advantage of this opportunity to rise up to become a developed country.
