On March 13, Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation held a workshop to provide comments on the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry.
In the afternoon of March 12, 2025, at the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, Deputy Minister Le Xuan Dinh had a working session with a delegation of the French State Electricity Corporation (EDF) led by the French Ambassador to Vietnam, Olivier Brochet.

On March 4, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Saskatchewan (Canada) within the framework of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of its establishment.
On March 8, 2025 in Can Tho, under the witness of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Vietnam, Mr. Olivier Brochet, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Trung Tinh, Rector of Can Tho University, and Dr. Sylvain Ouillon, Chief Representative of the French Institute for Development Research (IRD) in Vietnam, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
