On 08/3/2012, Department of Science and Technology Can Tho city held scientific council considered and selected the topic "Building a system of electronic information management for teaching and learning in schools in Can Tho City" by phD.Truong Quoc Dinh as chairman - Can Tho University.

The theme was implemented by author Vo Thi Thuy Anh - University of Economics, Da Nang University in order to show up appropriate economic policies to individuals and economic organizations.
