In the morning of July 28, 2023, at the headquarters of the National Office of Intellectual Property, the National Office of Intellectual Property and the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two units. On July 29, 2023, the Southern round of the "International Drone Programming Contest 2023 - Conquering the Sky" took place at EMASI Van Phuc.
