On June 9, Vice Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy chaired a meeting to listen to a report on the progress of implementing Resolution No. 57/NQTW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo, aiming to make a breakthrough in the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
From a general perspective, Ho Chi Minh City's digital development plan aims to enhance the endogenous capacity and competitiveness of the city's economy through promoting research, application of science and technology, technology transfer, improving productivity, quality, and added value in key areas.
Digital transformation cannot be done alone, but requires international cooperation to shorten the time, create new models and values. At the workshop "From Digital Transformation to Artificial Intelligence Transformation" on June 17, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hoa, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center, emphasized the role of international experience sharing and global cooperation in this process.
The Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) has just launched the "Digital transformation guidebook for traditional market traders", which is now available online at https://sotay.tieuthuongvietnam.vn.
In the context of artificial intelligence (AI) comprehensively transforming the world of technology and business, the book "Application of AI in Business" by author Hoang Nam Tien brings profound practical analysis for the Vietnamese business community.
According to a survey by TechUK (2024), the sectors that use AI the most include marketing (54%), technology (39%) and finance (16%). AI not only helps optimize processes and forecast accurately but also improves competitiveness and business efficiency.
Don Duong district clearly identifies the goal of promoting the application of science, technology and innovation to promote socio-economic development. By 2025, the district will provide comprehensive 5G coverage to 100% of communes, towns and tourist areas, and at the same time build Lac Lam commune to meet smart new rural standards.
With a team of scientists, researchers and AI experts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Qualcomm AI R&D Center is part of the company’s global AI Research Group.
The training course not only equips trainees with theoretical knowledge of branding, including concepts, roles, processes and relationships with intellectual property, but also helps them understand the position of branding in modern agricultural production and business methods.
On June 17, in Can Tho City, the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) collaborated with the Institute for Strategy and Policy Research on Industry and Trade to organize a training course on Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in sales and marketing.
