In the morning of December 27, 2022, the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Can Tho city organized a scientific workshop "Improving international cooperation capacity of member associations" to improve capacity in scientific research, calling for investment cooperation projects in the city.

On December 2, 2022 at Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center took place a high-level conference: Connecting innovation ecosystem in Vietnam to innovation ecosystem in Asia, Europe, and North US investment trends and investor stories, opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese startups to the world within the framework of Techfest 2022 - Techfest Village.

On December 15, 2022, in Soc Trang province, the Ministry of Science and Technology cooperated with the People's Committee of Soc Trang province to organize the Scientific Conference "Science, technology and innovation for fast and sustainable socio-economic development in Mekong Delta region". Attending the con werference, there were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat - Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Nguyen Quan - Former Minister of Science and Technology, Leaders of Soc Trang province, agencies and units under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and science and technology organizations; Research Institute; University and leaders of Departments of Science and Technology in the Mekong Delta.

Within the framework of the XXVI Science and Technology (Science and Technology) Conference in the Mekong Delta region in Soc Trang province in 2022, the Department of Science and Technology of Soc Trang province organized an exhibition and introduction of products, technologies and equipment of the Departments of Science and Technology of provinces/cities in the Mekong Delta, universities and enterprises.

In the afternoon of December 15, 2022, in Soc Trang province, the Ministry of Science and Technology collaborated with the People's Committee of Soc Trang province to hold the XXVI Science and Technology Conference in the Mekong Delta. The conference was chaired by Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat - Minister of Science and Technology and leaders of the People's Committee of Soc Trang province. Attending the conference, there were leaders of the local Science and Technology Development Department, leaders of the Department of Planning and Finance. Leaders of 13 Departments of Science and Technology in the Mekong Delta.

In order to make practical contributions to regional economic development goals, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development organized the first Mekong Startup Forum in 2022 with the theme "Modern circular agriculture, development low emissions” from December 19-20, 2022, in Dong Thap.

In 02 days, December 21-22, 2022, Can Tho Science and Technology Information Center organizes "An experience program calls for capital and investment" to help startups develop the ability to present ideas, acquire skills and knowledge before entering the official fundraising round for their own projects.

On December 30, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee organized the awarding of the Innovation Award in 2021, to honor organizations and individuals with award-winning research, solutions, products and services, contributing to the development of the City.

In the afternoon of February 25, 2022, following the results achieved in previous years, the final round of the Mekong Delta Startup Competition in 2021 was held under the coordination and chairing of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Branch in Can Tho with the Mekong Delta Startup Network (MSN).

The general orientation of the tasks is to popularize the use of Vietnamese digital platforms, helping people and businesses directly enjoy the convenience and benefits of digital transformation.
