The examination showed that the executive boards of themes completed some issues as following: common issues in urban, urban management and urban management model; urban Management in Vietnam after the opening period; the process of urbanization of Can Tho city and the peculiarities of an urban wetland; the requirements of construction of  modeling urban management for Can Tho city;  urban management system of  Can Tho city consist of apparatus structure of urban management in Can Tho city and other issues arising in the course of urban development; relationship between central management and local; assessment of the effectiveness of the management apparatus of the actual state of the management team in meeting with the urban development situation in Can Tho city and building the organizational model and state-specific management for Can Tho city and some solutions largely improve the efficiency of state management.

The next scheduled time, the research team will continue to edit these topics have completed in manuscripts; to hold a seminar in Can Tho city to present the results of the research team.
