Test of farmers understanding of climate change
With the theme "Green Agriculture - Clean Agriculture “public communication program” Vietnamese Farmers with climate change" has started on 7/4 in Can Tho city.


This is a community activity associated with many forms of media, which is contributing to raising awareness and promoting the interest of the people in the area of environmental issues, farming issues and quality performance, the impacts of climate change to life and people...

Eighteen teams will compete in the form of coordinated campaign to answer questions related to agriculture and climate change.

The teams play six finalists, three semi-finals, to select the three best teams in the finals competition ranking (first, second, third).
In addition to organizing teams program for farmers, the organizers also provide leaflets and information solutions to reduce the harmful effects of climate change, organizing exhibitions, and the lucky draw for audiences joining the program, team parades by bikes of all students...

Radio - Hau Giang Television in collaboration with the organizers, the program was broadcast on television and 11-radio stations nationwide television in the next 10 weeks (from 28/04/2012).
Mr. Nguyen Duy Luong, Vice President of Vietnam Farmers Association, said the last time the Central Society and the local society have granted more content to work on environmental protection and responded to climate change on the content of Society’s work. It is boosting propaganda and organizing training workshops for members to understand the causes and solutions to cope with climate change. There are concrete actions for sustainable development.
