Development model of "solar garden"

Creating energy from the sun is a great idea. However, for large-scale deployment, the installation of solar systems in each house requires more time, costly and inefficient.

This issue was addressed by Paul Spencer after he built the house energy efficient solar-order near the Aspen, Colorado. The engineers and construction companies all wonder how Spencer can build the same house throughout the United States.
The answer lies in "solar garden" community-owned, or at least one such model was initiated by Clean Energy Collective (CEC), a Colorado company founded in 2009 by Spener. What is solar garden? A management board, similar to an association of homeowners will maintain the garden. Spencer said the garden would be expected to produce energy within 40 to 50 years.
