Development model of "solar garden"
Creating energy from the sun is a great idea. However, for large-scale deployment, the installation of solar systems in each house requires more time, costly and inefficient.

This issue was addressed by Paul Spencer after he built the house energy efficient solar-order near the Aspen, Colorado. The engineers and construction companies all wonder how Spencer can build the same house throughout the United States.

The answer lies in "solar garden" community-owned, or at least one such model was initiated by Clean Energy Collective (CEC), a Colorado company founded in 2009 by Spener. What is solar garden? Similar to a public garden, where people with planting and harvesting, the difference is that people here have "planted" by a solar photovoltaic system mounted on a flat surface placed in a land general or on the large roof.

With a few changes, the idea of "solar garden" is also done in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Mexico and some other states. For example, in some places, the solar panels owned the public and customers so that in order to participate in this garden, they will pay a fee to become members.

CEC Company was developing the necessary equipment to produce solar energy and recommended the members to participate in regional ownership with the original cost from 500 to 800 USD. CEC obtained energy by these devices sale for local people under a power purchase contract. This model is also attractive to the third investors so enjoy the tax incentives. A management board, similar to an association of homeowners will maintain the garden. Spencer said the garden would be expected to produce energy within 40 to 50 years.
